We are now recovering functionality in this region with the majority of our customers there now back to normal. The Infrastructure Team will send another update once the service is back to fully functional.


Due to an outage in our underlying AWS infrastructure, the Kaleido service may be impaired in this region. We are currently investigating solutions to restore service until AWS themselves can recover. Our Infrastructure Team will post further updates as they become available.
