The Kaleido SRE team has identified important maintenance required for the Azure US West deployment zone.
We are executing an out of sequence maintenance window to roll out important operating system and Kubernetes orchestration tier upgrades. A short period of downtime for the Azure administrative console UI and APIs is anticipated during this maintenance.
The maintenance includes an infrastructure update designed to minimize disruption in future updates to the Azure US West deployment zone - bringing parity with Kaleido's other (AWS based) deployment zones (where such updates are performed with zero overall down-time, and short individual HA failovers of customer runtimes).
