As part of the application of this maintenance, a fail-over is required of customer runtimes. Individual nodes and services running in the Azure US West Region will experience a short period of downtime (up to two minutes) as the maintenance is rolled through the deployment zone.
We've identified issues with provisioning new customer resources in the Azure US West region. We will be performing an emergency maintenance to address the issue. Existing resources may experience slightly higher error response rates during the process.
