We have observed marked improvements since the update to the etcd cluster was applied. We are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure all issues have been resolved.
We have identified a potential I/O bottleneck in an underlying etcd cluster and have taken initial restorative action. We have observed an initial improvement in error response rates but are continuing to monitor the situation.
We are aware of increased error rates when attempting to create or update runtimes in the us-east-2 deployment zone. We are actively investigating and will provide further updates as the investigation progresses.
