Block Explorer and Gateway APIs have returned to normal function and the incident is resolved. Thanks for your patience.

We observed latency and error rates related to the Block Explorer and REST API Gateway starting around 04:00 UTC. We identified the shared component that was the root cause, and have applied mitigations. Latency and error rates have been observed to be decreasing now, and we are continuing to monitor the situation.
