All nodes have recovered, and JSONRPC has been stable since our last update. We will continue to monitor the nodes' health as we begin other cluster maintenances, but this is incident is now resolved.
JSONRPC traffic has stabilized and all users should be observing successful requests at this time. We are continuing to monitor the remaining nodes as they recover.
JSONRPC endpoints for Ethereum Mainnet are handling traffic, with success rates recovering. Additional nodes are continuing to recover. We will resolve this incident once we have observed all nodes have recovered and there is stability continuously for JSONRPC traffic.
The patch to our nodes' configuration has been applied, and nodes are currently catching up. JSONRPC traffic will recover shortly. We will provide updates as the nodes re-sync and recover. Thank you for your patience.
We have identified the root cause in our consensus client settings for archiving, and are applying a patch to begin recovering the nodes. We will update the status page once we have confirmed nodes are recovering.
