While monitoring, we found that some requests between existing runtimes may have experienced intermittent timeouts when performing internal queries which could result in slow or unexpected responses during the incident. Since action was taken, no further issues have been observed.
We have identified a bottlenecked management process within the region and have taken action to provide additional resources to resolve the issue. We have seen a marked drop in the error rate since the action was taken and are continuing to monitor the situation.
We have confirmed that existing runtimes are not impacted by this issue and should be fully responsive.
