Based on an update by the CSP, a mitigation has been applied to address the issue. We are no longer seeing errors with logging into the Kaleido platform and our automated health tests are no longer returning errors. We will continue to monitor for any issues.
We are aware of an issue resulting in increased error rates when attempting to log in to the Kaleido platform and increased API error rates to runtimes hosted within Azure regions. A networking issue has been identified by the underlying CSP and is actively being investigated. We are continuing to monitor the situation and apply mitigations as appropriate and will provide further updates as they become available.
