Recovering

Failover of our hosted environment to other regions is in-progress. Our underlying cloud provider is still significantly unavailable.

Our underlying cloud provider for the me-central-1 region (AWS) is still reporting significant disruption. We have initiated data copies where appropriate to the EU region in-line with AWS advice, and are actively attempting to both replicate impacted customer environments into the EU, and in parallel bring those impacted environments in me-central-1 back online.

For more information on the upstream AWS disruption, refer to AWS's status page: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status

Recovering

We are still awaiting the underlying cloud provider to recover power to the AZ to recover affected virtual machines and disks. All failover and HA replication systems have worked as designed, and impact is still minimal to customers. We will continue to monitor the infrastructure. Thank you.
