We have been in contact with all customers located in the MEC1 region and have migrated deployments to an alternative region. No further deployments will be made to the MEC1 region until further notice
Failover of our hosted environment to other regions is in-progress. Our underlying cloud provider is still significantly unavailable.
Our underlying cloud provider for the me-central-1 region (AWS) is still reporting significant disruption. We have initiated data copies where appropriate to the EU region in-line with AWS advice, and are actively attempting to both replicate impacted customer environments into the EU, and in parallel bring those impacted environments in me-central-1 back online.

Our underlying cloud provider is now reporting regional outage which causing outage of our MEC1 platform instances. We are investigating options for failover. Further updates will follow on this.
We are still awaiting the underlying cloud provider to recover power to the AZ to recover affected virtual machines and disks. All failover and HA replication systems have worked as designed, and impact is still minimal to customers. We will continue to monitor the infrastructure. Thank you.
