Increased Block Explorer and Gateway Latency and Error Rates
Error rates and latencies surrounding the Block Explorer and Gateway APIs have returned to expected levels and no subsequent issues have been observed.
We have completed deployment of the mitigations and are observing reduced latency and error rates. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
We've identified a source of congestion on a shared component which supports some of the Block Explorer and Gateway functions. We're in the process of deploying a mitigation for the issue.
We are aware of an increase in latency and error rates for Block Explorer and Gateway APIs and are currently investigating.
