Polygon will be conducting a major version upgrade of Heimdall (the consensus layer of Polygon) on the Amoy testnet and Polygon mainnet on the following dates:
Amoy: Tuesday, June 24, 2025, between 14:00 and 17:00 UTC Mainnet: 1-2 weeks later after success Amoy transition (exact date TBD).

Bor (the execution client) is expected to remain available as this migration is intended to only affect Heimdall. There is a substantial probability of degraded usability of the Polygon network during the upgrade window.
