The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.


During the upcoming week of April 22-26, the Kaleido SRE team will be performing maintenance on all supported regions (excluding Asset Platform). Each region has a unique maintenance window for tracking the scheduled start and end times, expected impact, and ongoing activity and updates. These individual maintenance windows are where all subsequent updates will occur as necessary for each region.

The current expected maintenance windows for each region are as follows (all times in UTC):

  • Azure France Central: Tue, April 23, 8pm – Wed, April 24, 2am
  • Azure US West: Wed, April 24, 2am – 8am
  • AWS Korea: Wed, April 24, 2pm – 6pm
  • AWS EU: Wed, April 24, 8pm – Thu, April 25, 2am
  • AWS Australia: Thu, April 25, 2pm – 6pm
  • AWS US East: Fri, Apr 26, 12am – 6am
